Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need a ticket? Only Private Preview sessions on 15 Dec require a ticket. These are available on a first come, first serve basis. Hourly slots will be released on 10 Dec, 9am on our website.
2. Can I bring my children? Yes we welcome children! However, you're responsible for their safety and well-being at all times.
3. Is there parking on site? Yes, parking is available at the building premises.
4. What is the nearest MRT to your studio? Tiong Bahru MRT
5. What modes of payment do you accept? PayNow and Credit Card only
6. Do I have to bring my own shopping bags? Yes, please. We always encourage customers to bring their own shopping bags. If you require shopping bags, we have 2 sizes of shopping bags available and they're chargeable at $1 (small) and $1.50 (large) each.
7. Can I self-collect my order during the fair? Yes, you may. This applies to all orders placed before 14 December only.
8. Will everything on your website be available for purchase at the fair? Yes, mostly. Due to space constraint, some items will not be displayed but you may request for us to show any item from our website, provided we have it in stock.
9. Are there exclusive items at this fair? Yes, we have new brand and product exclusive launches at this fair and these will only be made available online after the fair. Some of our brand partners are also offering exclusive fair bundles.
10. What is the exchange/refund policy? There will be strictly no refunds and exchanges for all items purchased at this fair. You are highly encouraged to check your products thoroughly before leaving the premises.
11. I am unable to attend the fair, can I purchase online instead? Our webstore will be closed from 15-16 Dec for this fair. You may purchase online from 18 Dec onwards.
